At Heraeus Electro-Nite in India, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Safety Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring workplace safety by implementing and monitoring health and safety standards across organization.

What will you do?

- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
- Regularly inspect equipment.

Who are we looking for?

- Minimum of Diploma / B.E. degree.
- Diploma / Graduate / PG in HSE.
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant Exp. In safety roles.
- Knowledge of TQM, ISO 45001/14001, and safety certifications preferred.
- Skills in MS Office.
- Organizational and leadership, Communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
