Technical Product Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support in the healthcare technology sector? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues?
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team at CareStack. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers, identifying customer needs, and helping them use specific features of our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized support
- Analyse and report product malfunctions
- Update internal databases with technical issue information
- Share feature requests and workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements:
- Graduates in any discipline with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a First-line Technical/Product Support Specialist or similar role
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and system thinking ability
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- System knowledge of Enterprise ERP and CRM applications
