We are seeking a skilled Area Manager to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for industrial instrumentation products. This includes identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field is required.
  • MBA in marketing is preferred but not necessary.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing in the instrumentation sector is essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial automation and process instrumentation products is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strategic and analytical mindset.

The successful Area Manager will have excellent presentation and proposal writing skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and meet deadlines.
