We are seeking an exceptional AI Knowledge Model Trainer to join our team of experts in the field of generative AI.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on the frontlines of cutting-edge technology, shaping high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge models that will be the foundation for the next wave of generative AI-powered computation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create training data sets for AI models to enhance their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values and ethics
  • Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve target KPIs including daily job count and average handle time per job within specified data production windows
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related courses.

You must also have familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs), as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex, multi-step problem-solving scenarios.

A C1 level of proficiency in English is required, along with effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers.
