Job Title: Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven paid advertising strategist to lead and optimize our paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media accounts, with proven expertise in managing budgets and driving measurable business results across multiple industries and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.
  • Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month with a focus on ROI & performance improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis, reporting to drive decision making & continuous optimization.
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, design, and content) for cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry best practices.
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns with large budgets.
  • Expertise in handling high-performance campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Data Studio.
  • Experience across all types of paid media.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
