Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical modeling and simulation of electrical power systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Pose as a technical mentor, guiding team members in their professional growth.
  • Oversee concurrent projects, identify critical path items and ensure timely completion to meet client expectations.
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients, conveying complex technical concepts through engaging presentations.
  • Evaluate all projects against relevant IEEE/NERC, IEC, and other international standards, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in at least two planning software tools such as PSS/E, PSLF, PSCAD, ETAP, or MiPower.
  • Familiarity with IEEE/NERC & IEC standards is essential.
