Job Opportunity

The organization seeks an IT professional to manage its technology infrastructure, applications, and hardware within the factory grounds.

  • They will define and implement IT strategies, manage networks, and develop SAP systems.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for purchasing and installation of IT hardware, technical requirements for services contracts, and ensuring operational performance and security of the local IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and manage the annual IT infrastructure budget.
  2. Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  3. Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary.
  4. Roll-out Global IT initiatives in alignment with the Global IT team.
  5. Manage the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware.
  6. Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  7. Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  8. Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  9. Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and make recommendations for improvements as required.
  10. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  11. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
  12. Act as a liaison between business units and technical IT teams.
  13. Responsible for local / regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  14. Act as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments.
  15. Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and leading projects and teams virtually.
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with strong ability to prioritize tasks.
