Regional Project Manager Job Description

The Regional AV Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across the region. This involves project ownership from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure all systems meet high technical standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, control systems, audio DSPs, and display technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
