Job Title: Building Information Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM protocols and standards within the project team.
  • Understand client requirements and analyze/ implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Provide primary technical support for BIM-related issues.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers.
  • Manage Revit project production and project contents, as well as Standard Library objects.
  • Create families and have expertise in modeling.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  • Lead and manage a team of CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Perform quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards for all shop drawings produced.
  • Use Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation.
  • Responsible for QA/QC before deliverables.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct project studies and explain them to modelers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding project issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
