Public Health BIM Modeling Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team at a leading CAD IT firm.

Job Summary:

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Evaluate BIM models against relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects highly preferred.
  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
