Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

At CARPL, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Utilize container technologies and orchestration tools to streamline application deployment and management.
  • Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and analyze service requests to provide solutions.
  • Prepare and review specifications, documentation, and create SOPs or knowledge bases for all issues received from production.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Provide on-call support for holidays and afterhours.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT infrastructure experience working closely with cloud technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies.
  • Degree in Software Engineering or similar.
  • Good Linux/Unix handling knowledge.
  • Experience in container technologies, such as Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Good to have knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt.
  • Good to have knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Go, Python, and/or Java.
  • Experience with Git, BitBucket, Apache, Nginx.
  • Good spoken and written English.

Good to Have:

  • Release Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and accelerate application deployment.
  • Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring tools and strategies to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance.
