Client Engagement Specialist Role

This is a specialist role that involves managing client inquiries, understanding their needs and positioning our services to address those requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound client inquiries and understand their needs.
  • Communicate the value of our research and consulting solutions to clients.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and MS Office tools.
  • Self-driven, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
