**Job Purpose:**

As a banking alliance manager, the primary responsibility would be to build and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand business capabilities.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and assess potential partners: Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business objectives.
  • Determine alignment of their business objectives with those of the company, and evaluate risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, maintaining regular communication and clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
  • Negotiate agreements: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.

**Desirable Skills & Experience:**

  • Graduate/postgraduate with 3-7 years of experience in financial services or related field, preferably with banks, payment networks, payment aggregators, Fintech companies, or OEM companies.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
