Process Training Lead

As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the daily functional direction of agents within a training environment. This includes monitoring student progress throughout the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including innovative training techniques and adult learning strategies using various delivery modalities in a classroom setting.
  • Create and present engaging training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Achieve individual training performance metrics by implementing targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with Operations to transition agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet established business standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relevant product knowledge for each account by participating in calls, attending client meetings (as needed), and observing side-by-side interactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
