Job Description

As a Contracts Manager in our Real Estate team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes for our residential luxury villa projects. This pivotal role requires a wealth of knowledge in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness by drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners through vendor development processes.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Supervise financial accuracy across projects through budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
Required Skills:
  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
