We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Civil Construction Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of luxury villa projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, hands-on experience in residential construction, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Overall site management, project execution, planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring, budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, liaising with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, minimum 10+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably villas or gated community projects, proven experience in managing site execution independently, knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction drawings, and project planning tools, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Deliverables:
Project milestones, status reports to top management regularly, strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, approved drawings, statutory approvals, compliance, documentation at the site level.'],
