Job Title: Senior Banking Consultant - Oracle Flexcube

 

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced system consultant to support customization and production support for core banking.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various modules of the banking software, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot APIs and Java-based extensions within the banking system.
  • Manage end-of-day and beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
