Job Opportunity: HR and Admin Support

The role of an HR and Admin Intern involves providing comprehensive support in various aspects of human resources and administration.

This encompasses recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the entire recruitment process from sourcing to coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant portals to attract potential candidates.
  • Offer executive assistant support by scheduling appointments, documenting interactions, and following up on tasks.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain social media handles to enhance our online presence.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for learning and growth.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with job portals is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • A keen interest in social media and digital content creation.
