Job Title: Account Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and present event concepts.
  • Understand client objectives and represent their interests effectively.
  • Oversee the execution of events and activities in partnership with the production team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business opportunities.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and client retention.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Creative, and Operations, pre-event, during, and post-event to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless event flow by attending on-site.
  • Provide detailed post-event reports and feedback to clients.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements.
