Job Title: Account Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and present event concepts.
- Understand client objectives and represent their interests effectively.
- Oversee the execution of events and activities in partnership with the production team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business opportunities.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Creative, and Operations, pre-event, during, and post-event to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure seamless event flow by attending on-site.
- Provide detailed post-event reports and feedback to clients.
- Analyze client feedback and implement improvements.
