Jewelry Craft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Jewelry Craft Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of fine materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), and the ability to create both custom and collection-based pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design exquisite jewelry collections, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces.
  • Conceptualize and sketch designs by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs and meet quality standards.
  • Select and source high-quality materials in line with the design vision.
  • Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends, materials, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for custom jewelry and provide expert advice.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve craftsmanship and efficiency in the production process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing fine jewelry designs and craftsmanship.
  • In-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for innovative designs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer preferences and needs.
  • Experience in custom jewelry design is highly desirable.
