We are seeking a seasoned Audit Executive to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits and investigations to ensure the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.

About the Role

The Audit Executive will play a key part in maintaining our organization's financial health by:

  1. Conducting regular scheduled and surprise audits of branches to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  2. Collecting and analyzing market intelligence on the MFI business in the area to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of collection quality and advising branches on potential issues.
  4. Providing support to field teams in difficult cases of collections and conducting investigations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in auditing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
