Executive Leadership

As an Executive Leader, you will inspire and unite teams with visionary leadership and a passion for sports and wellness. This role empowers communities to celebrate the joy of club life.

Leadership & Team Management
  • Oversee team performance in terms of productivity, behavioral excellence, customer centricity and adherence to SOPs by managing sales, customer service, facilities management, trainers and fitness staff, banquets, and support staff.
  • Review and monitor staffing levels and schedules to optimize costs.
  • Plan and implement operational policies, procedures and standards.
  • Develop Employee Development and Assessment Plans (EDAP) for all team members.
Club Operations
  • Lead complete club operations including developing and executing operational plans, procedures and standards.
  • Direct groundskeeping and maintenance teams ensuring park and walking lanes are clean and safe.
  • Prepare and submit reports on daily walks, including recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
  • Obtain financial approvals for timely maintenance and repairs.
Wellness, Yoga & Meditation Services
  • Oversee daily management of the wellness center, including services, staffing and equipment.
  • Curate dynamic calendars of wellness offerings, including yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions.
Financial Management
  • Develop and monitor profit and loss plans and departmental targets.
  • Ensure proper billing, vendor management and cost optimization.
Sales and Marketing
  • Create strategies to grow membership and service sales.
  • Enhance customer experience to improve retention and satisfaction.
Academies & Value Added Services
  • Supervise operation of Academies and value-added services ensuring programs align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, training standards and client satisfaction.
  • Guide fitness teams accordingly.
Strategic Planning & Business Development
  • Work closely with management to develop long-term strategic goals for growth.
  • Identify business opportunities such as partnerships, corporate memberships and new service offerings.
  • Evaluate feedback and market demand to guide decision making.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on operational performance, financial status, membership trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure daily reports and dashboards are updated and shared.
  • Keep track of operational expenses and ensure they are within budget.
  • Calculate incentives and commissions with Accounts/Finance team.
Member Satisfaction and Customer Centricity
  • Ensure access control systems are operational at all times.
  • Serve as the face of the club fostering strong relationships with members.
  • Engage with members address feedback and anticipate their needs.
  • Develop event calendars and conduct events professionally.
  • Create communities and ensure regular participations and events.
