Club Leader

Drive the success of our community hub, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Club Leader, you will oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Guide and manage a high-performing team, including sales, customer service, facilities management, trainers, and fitness staff.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, behavioral excellence, and customer centricity.
    • Plan and execute staffing requirements for efficient operations.
  • Club Operations:
    • Oversee daily operations, including developing and executing operational policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Direct groundskeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable park and walking lane maintenance.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Wellness, Yoga & Meditation Services:
    • Manage the wellness center, including services, staffing, and equipment.
    • Curate and schedule dynamic calendars of wellness offerings.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and monitor P&L plans and departmental targets.
    • Ensure proper billing, vendor management, and cost optimization.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Create and implement growth strategies for membership and service sales.
    • Gather customer feedback to enhance experience and retention.
  • Academies & Value Added Services:
    • Supervise academies and value-added services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
    • Ensure safety protocols, training standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning & Business Development:
    • Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic goals and roadmaps.
    • Identify new business opportunities, such as partnerships and new service offerings.
    • Evaluate customer feedback and market demand to guide decision making.
  • Reporting & Performance Evaluation:
    • Prepare and present monthly reports on operational performance, financial status, membership trends, and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure daily reports and dashboards are updated and shared.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in operations management and sales is preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in leadership, operations, or sales may be advantageous.
