We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead a team of Education Counsellors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.

This role requires a proactive and target-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.
  • Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
