Job Title: Sr Sailpoint ISC Developer

This role requires a combination of IAM/IGA technical expertise, compliance knowledge, strong communication skills, project management experience and problem-solving abilities with 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Collaborating with client teams including Information Security, IT, Applications and HR departments is essential for success in this position.
  • Gathering analysing and documenting business requirements is critical to ensuring the IGA system aligns with business objectives and security goals.
  • Providing advisory and consulting on the appropriate IGA solution approach is key to effective implementation and management.
  • Ensuring adherence to security and compliance best practices is mandatory for this role.
  • Assessing and defining business and technical roles is necessary to ensure proper access control and operational efficiency.
  • Designing and architecting IGA solutions that integrate seamlessly into the organisation's IT ecosystem is crucial.
  • Engineering IGA solutions that meet business needs is vital for success.
  • Overseeing IGA implementation testing validation optimisation and production deployment is a key responsibility of this position.

The primary responsibility of this IGA Techno-Functional Architect is to perform due-diligence gather requirements design implement and manage IGA systems that ensure proper access control security compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in SailPoint IIQ & SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow Implementation with a strong emphasis on ISC.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills are essential for this role.
  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in similar positions are preferred.
