Employee Support Specialist

This role supports the HR department by facilitating administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

  • Onboarding Management: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by following a predefined procedure and checklist.
  • Offboarding Management: Handle all offboarding procedures by following a predefined procedure and checklist.
  • Personnel Record Management: Organize and maintain employee records using designated systems.
  • Database Updates: Regularly update and organize internal databases.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports on HR metrics.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
  • Payroll Support: Provide accurate timely payroll input to the Finance department.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Payment Validation: Validate service deliverables and obtain approvals.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain a database of approved suppliers and oversee procurement activities.
  • Document Management: Manage company documents and records in line with established guidelines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare meetings, manage agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
