Project Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Professional to lead and deliver consulting projects in the GCC region, specializing in hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversee daily project activities, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval processes, and coordinate with consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
