The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network support, with L3-level expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues in a 24x7 NOC, SOC, and Help Desk environment.

You will be part of a dynamic team providing 24x7 support to our clients' network infrastructure. The team works with cutting-edge technologies, and you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client environments across different network devices and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing L3 network support for troubleshooting issues related to routing, switching, and firewall configurations across multiple client environments.
  • Remotely accessing devices at various client locations to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.
  • Collaborating with NOC, SOC, and Help Desk teams to resolve escalated tickets within SLAs while ensuring proper documentation and ticket updates.
  • Monitoring network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively resolving network issues.

You will also be responsible for deploying and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard) to ensure secure network communication and compliance.

Azure and AWS network configurations are a plus.
