Job Opportunity: Experienced Dining Professional

  • Resolve any guest complaints or issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Process payments and manage transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Take orders from guests, offering suggestions and recommendations to cater to their preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume dining establishment.
  • Ability to multitask, working efficiently under pressure to ensure seamless service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
