Memory Compiler Lead Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead our team in developing memory compilers and memory Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores with outstanding Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced memory compiler solutions.
  • Work on high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking schemes, Static, and complex logic circuits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve PPA goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and related quality checks.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an engineering demeanor.
  • Passion for Circuit design and good problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Perl/TCL/Python.
  • Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
  • Circuit simulation and optimization of standard cells.
