Key Job Function:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Operational Excellence initiative through strategic Data and AI integration.

This pivotal role will primarily lead internal AI initiatives, driving meaningful business outcomes and contributing significantly to AI-oriented product offerings.

The ideal candidate will bridge technical acumen with foundational AI knowledge and possess strong domain expertise in at least one of DevOps, IT Service Management (ITSM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Cloud migrations and adoptions.

This individual will be instrumental in fostering internal AI literacy, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, and operating within a lean, agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership:
    • Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
    • Lead and oversee quick win internal AI pilot projects.
    • Collaborate with Information Technology to establish essential data governance practices.
  • AI Product Contribution & Market Engagement:
    • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Conduct market research and customer analysis.
    • Work with the Product Management Core team for development of AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Translate successful internal operational AI solutions into new or enhanced customer-facing products.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
    • Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting.
    • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience implementing Data and AI technologies.
  • Foundational AI/Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Platform Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
  • Product & Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.
