Senior Ai/ML Strategist and Technology Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Ai/ML Strategist and Technology Leader to spearhead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary leader who can balance technical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

About the Role:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Ai strategies, aligning with business objectives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Project Oversight: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful Ai projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee Ai-related budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic investments.
  • P&L Ownership: Lead the P&L management for Ai-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost control to meet financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Foster high-performing teams of ai engineers, data scientists, and researchers, promoting a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data analytics, product, and business units to implement Ai solutions at scale, driving business outcomes, and maximizing ROI.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years IT industry experience with 10+ years in Ai/technology, at least 5 years in leadership or management roles.
  • P&L Management: Proven experience managing P&L for technology or Ai-driven products/services.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Ai technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of Ai projects, including cost management, profitability, and ROI measurement.
  • Project Delivery: Experience scaling Ai initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as automotive, healthcare, or retail, where Ai-driven personalization and predictive analytics redefine customer experiences and profitability.
