Employment-Based Immigration Law Specialist

The Path Law Group, a boutique immigration firm, is seeking an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Law Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications.
  • Manage a large caseload while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report case progression and status to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and identifying delays.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, complex caseload management skills, and elite prioritization abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in employment-based immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are highly valued.
