About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage end-to-end visa stamping processes for Business, Work, and Visitor visa categories.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of client requirements by establishing a process-driven approach rather than people-dependent workflows.
  • The role requires maintaining and validating visa checklists for all categories (Business, Work, Dependent, Tourist) to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review visa applications and supporting documents to ensure compliance with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
  2. Guide clients on mandatory Consulate/Embassy submission requirements.
  3. Coordinate with teams for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
  4. Build relationships with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
  5. Demonstrate service delivery in accordance with agreed terms and service level agreements.
  6. Create and regularly update knowledge bases on immigration regulations and visa processes.
  7. Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and share insights through case studies or real-time knowledge sharing.
  8. Prepare cover/support letters tailored to client needs for visa applications.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new country-specific immigration processes based on business demands.
  10. Oversee and track the entire immigration process from start to finish.
  11. Manage detailed MIS systems and generate reports with analysis and trend insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling Business, Work, and Dependent visa processes; experience with UK immigration is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in corporate offices or similar environments is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • A strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
  • Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Open to new challenges and continuous learning.
  • A strong team player capable of working independently under pressure.
