Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our B2B travel division. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the Indian travel market and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads in the B2B travel market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Agents & SMEs.
- Provide training and support to travel agents on online self-booking tools.
- Promote new travel-related products and services.
- Responsible for new client acquisition and retention of existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Travel SuperMall and expand the professional network.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B travel and transportation market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within designated territories.
