About Our Position

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Quick Commerce Market Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zomato, and Swiggy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty and personal care sector and has a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be working closely with our operations team to manage shipments and reduce stock-out times. You will also be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management to forecast future performance.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of our brand to all stakeholders.

You will also have a proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, as well as experience managing a team of associates to drive marketplace channels.

About The Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to think critically.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Quick Commerce industry and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Educational Background: BTech/BCom/MBA or other bachelor's/master's degree
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates from reputed/pedigree institutes
  • Skills: Strong presentation skills, ability to multitask, experience managing a team
