Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to drive business growth and expansion in the e-commerce sector.

This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with major e-commerce platforms to drive sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Own business growth discussions with category managers to drive revenue and market presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and styles in various categories, including fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and more.
  • Promote product pipelines and ensure efficient onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
  • Foster exclusive opportunities for brands through campaign slots, marketing banners, and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain PR and communication bridges with platform teams.
  • Provide insights and analysis to the headquarters, including competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–6 years in e-commerce growth or business development with strong exposure to marketplaces.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can think critically and create impact.
  • High EQ and IQ, passion for market trends, style shifts, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong networking abilities with platform category teams.
