Global Network Infrastructure Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced network professional to join our international team in supporting clients across the globe from India.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining the essential infrastructure that keeps the world connected. You'll work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting, as well as experience with call processing and translations. They will also be familiar with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with GTD-5 switches.
- Delivering Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to clients.
- Working independently from home and managing time effectively.
