Internal Quality Assurance Analyst Position

About the Role:

The IT Quality Internal Analyst is a developing professional role that involves dealing with complex problems independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production.
  • Conducts moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments, reporting issues and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience.
  • Provides guidance to new team members and performs other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of quality assurance experience in the financial services industry.
  • An understanding of QA within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • A proven ability to work to deadlines and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
