Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Electrical Projects, you will oversee the seamless execution of electrical systems for our Gigafactory construction project. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, reviewing, and preparing electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Overseeing and managing 220KV and 11KV substation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Planning and monitoring project schedules, manpower, equipment, and budgets.
  • Conducting regular site visits to track progress, ensure consistency with plans, and take corrective actions to meet completion schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, proven experience in project execution, excellent skills in project scheduling and budget management, and expertise in interacting with contractors and regulatory officials. Additionally, they should be proficient in interpreting engineering and construction documents and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
