Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a pleasant attitude and responding to their queries efficiently.
- Managing meetings and maintaining a list of attendees.
- Organizing and dispatching mail to the respective departments.
- Receiving and forwarding calls to the relevant employee or department.
- Providing relevant information to customers who visit or call.
- Handling queries and maintaining customer records.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Performing various clerical tasks such as faxing, mailing, and making phone calls.
- Maintaining an inventory of office materials such as stationery, papers, and files.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role or relevant position.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
