Our Company is seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via chat support.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a customer-first attitude.
The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in Andheri, Mumbai and must be available to work a Day Shift.
We offer a competitive salary of up to ₹30,000 Inhand, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in the field of Customer Experience and Digital Support.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education - HSC/Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience - Min. 6 months in Customer Service (chat preferred)
- Skills - Excellent written English and customer-first attitude

- Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational off)
