  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align revenue cycle activities with organizational objectives
  • Monitoring and analyzing revenue cycle data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Managing accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management
  • Negotiating contracts and reimbursement rates with payers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, providers, and payers
  • Analyzing financial performance and preparing reports and presentations to senior management on revenue cycle performance
  • Providing leadership and guidance to teams to drive results and achieve goals

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A thorough understanding of revenue cycle management principles, laws and regulations is also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare administration, business or finance
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, particularly those related to revenue cycle management
