Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Client Management:
    • Qualify leads as MQL, SQL, or Junk and research MQL brands.
    • Initiate WhatsApp outreach and follow SFP to schedule founder meetings.
    • Define the brand persona and complete the Persona Document.
    • Develop and present the Influencer Marketing Blueprint (IMB) and Campaign Plan (IMC).
  • Campaign Execution & Influencer Selection:
    • Maintain a client database for tracking.
    • Brief Operations Manager & POC on the Influencer Marketing Blueprint.
    • Conduct daily 30-45 min calls to monitor campaign progress.
    • Shortlist and vet influencers (double the required number).
    • Schedule meetings with the client + operations team to finalize influencers.
  • Campaign & Client Success:
    • Provide weekly updates to the founder.
    • Ensure low influencer drop rates and adherence to timelines.
    • Collect Client Satisfaction Feedback post-campaign.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organization, communication & research skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, and WhatsApp Business is a plus.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing trends.
