We are seeking a visionary Technology Director to drive the strategic vision of our product. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing technology culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech. They should have hands-on experience with NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend development, exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Driving the strategic vision of our product by collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions

You will also utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends, making data-informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
