We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our South Asia Taste and Wellbeing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive account development plans that outline customer strategies and requirements. You will provide regular insights to management regarding opportunities for Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing within the assigned territory, leveraging connections with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, QC/QA, and finance. You will also manage customer orders and service levels, negotiating prices in accordance with the established sales policy.

We are looking for a professional with a Master's in Business Management, Marketing, or related field, with 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales within the Flavours or Food-related industries. You should have strong knowledge of the Flavour & Food industries, with in-depth understanding of products and applications. Your technical and commercial acumen related to flavours and their end-use applications will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth in a competitive market environment. They will have adaptable and high sense of maturity, strong independence, decision-making skills, and proactiveness. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with tech-savvy skills too, are also required. Additionally, proficiency in English is necessary, and the ability and willingness to travel frequently within the designated market (50% of your time) is preferred.
