The successful candidate will lead the sales contracting team, ensuring commercially robust client contracting processes. They will work closely with the Sales and Legal teams to review and sign off commercial terms on all contracts before execution. Key responsibilities include tracking contract renewals, pricing amendments, and attrition, as well as managing Salesforce adoption and adherence by the Sales Team.
This role requires a track record in commercial and contracts management, strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to build relationships with Senior Sales and Delivery colleagues. A flexible mindset and proven problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this position.
