Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled UCCE L3 Engineer to fill a key technical role.

  • About the Job:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to take their career to the next level.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of VOIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes, is essential.
  • Expertise in creating MACD configurations in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms is also required.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced level support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and troubleshoot complex issues on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  2. Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  3. Point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  4. Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  5. Maintenance and updating of Knowledge Base and documentation, as well as process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, including integration with other tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms expertise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, Power Point presentation/preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
