Job Description

The role involves collaborating with a team to deliver assurance, advisory, risk and compliance services to clients. The selected candidate will participate in planning activities to identify client needs and service opportunities.

Key responsibilities include owning growth and service delivery of engagements, working closely with supervisors and clients to coordinate efforts, and executing the engagement by leveraging industry and functional insights from the advisory business.

The ideal candidate will design and execute high-quality, integrated and efficient audit procedures, assist in building audit methodology, and prepare and communicate issues, risk and recommendations to client leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, budgets and other planning documents.
  • Leadership: Leadership skills are required to lead the engagement team to ensure quality workpapers and deliverables, provide regular status updates, and adhere to a project timeline.
  • Detailed Understanding: A detailed understanding of standards, regulations and information systems is necessary for this role.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills are required to maintain the culture of teamwork, project timelines and quality of deliverables.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Demonstrated confidentiality and integrity within a professional environment.
