About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at rBoomerang Retail Commerce Technologies India Pvt, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our clients through our digital commerce platform. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and train customers
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers, including training and troubleshooting
  • Manage client advertising budgets and drive success
  • Act as a subject matter expert in ecommerce and retail media advertising, guiding customers on how to drive growth
  • Perform deep data analysis to answer customer strategic questions and drive action
  • Move the needle with respect to customer KPIs and continuously showcase the value of our platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape new features
  • Take ownership of customer service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Advise the sales team on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers
  • Proactively monitor and track progress towards goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and industry to provide tailored solutions and advice
  • Anticipate customer churn and effectively communicate predictions to superiors
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless operational workflows
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in running media and advertising engagement with customers in a consulting/agency role
  • Experience in managing ecommerce and retail media marketing budgets for large enterprise brands
  • Experience managing Amazon search (AMS)
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Proven experience working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
